We aim to make the delivery of your solar equipment as seamless and efficient as possible. Our delivery charges are quoted excluding VAT and are calculated based on the items in your cart and your delivery location.
1. Delivery Charges
- Delivery costs are automatically calculated and displayed in your Shopping Cart and at Checkout.
- Prices for shipping are subject to change due to courier costs. Should there be a difference in the quoted price when we process your order, we will contact you to discuss any changes before completing the transaction.
2. Delivery Times
- Standard Equipment: ‘In stock’ items (non-panel equipment) are typically shipped on a next-day service, meaning delivery is generally 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Large Solar Panels (e.g., 200W+): Due to their size and fragility, large panels are handled by our specialist courier service to ensure their safe arrival. Delivery times for these items may vary; full details and estimated delivery windows will be provided upon dispatch.
3. Receiving Your Goods
- Availability: We assume you are available to receive goods between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, unless you specify otherwise in the ‘Delivery Information’ box at checkout.
- Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that an adult is present at the specified address to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
- Failed Delivery: Any attempted delivery that fails due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect address information may be chargeable for a repeat service.
- Access: Our couriers typically use large lorries. If there are any access restrictions for a large vehicle at your delivery location (e.g., narrow lanes, weight limits), you must inform us in the delivery notes at checkout.
4. Courier Communication & Rescheduling (For Large Panels)
- Once your large panel delivery is routed, our specialist courier will send a delivery time notification via SMS/email and provide a pre-delivery call.
- Important: If you are not available, or if you change your agreed delivery day after 1:30 pm the day before your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a repeat fee for a second delivery attempt.
5. Inspecting for Damage
- Critical Action: Upon arrival, you must thoroughly inspect your parcel or pallet before signing.
- If Damaged:
- You must sign the delivery note as ‘DAMAGED’ or refuse to accept the delivery.
- If accepting but signing ‘DAMAGED’, you must immediately take a photograph of the signed delivery docket and the damaged packaging/goods.
- Damaged boxes need to be photographed BEFORE opening, as we cannot make a successful claim without this evidence.
- Reporting Issues: Any issues, breakages, or missing items must be notified to us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the items.
6. International Shipping
- We can ship all our other equipment worldwide. Please contact us directly for a specific quote for international locations outside of our standard shipping zones.
Collection Policy
Customers are welcome to arrange for the collection of their orders to save on delivery costs.
1. How to Arrange Collection

- Wait for our ‘Ready for Collection’ notification email, which will confirm your order is prepared and provide available collection times. Do not attempt collection before receiving this confirmation.

3. Collection Process
- Appointment: Collections are strictly by pre-arranged appointment only. Please contact us to agree on a time slot once your order is confirmed as ready.
- Proof of Purchase: You must bring a copy of your Order Confirmation (digital or printed) and a form of Photo ID matching the name on the order.
- Liability: Collection is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection vehicle is appropriate for the size and weight of the items and that the items are secured safely for transport.
